Our sincere condolences to the entire Windsor family and extended families for your loss- what can we say, other than - Fred was a character! He had the gift of gab, and anyone who spent any time conversing with him knew it. He loved his friends and family, and his community. He always had a smile, a great sense of humour, looked on the bright side of things; and of course a story to share with anyone who engaged in a conversation with him. He will certainly be missed by many. R.I.P. Fred.....Wayne and Kerry Higman
