We remember the warm friendship we had with Elizabeth and Peter, and by extension, both of you David and Vanda. Remember the fun beach parties at Gillies lake. We remember the lovely family pot luck dinner you enjoyed around the picnic table on our deck one time, and others around the big table in the sunroom. Ray and Peter were avid sports watchers; Ray provided many, many tapes of past rugby games.....he loved those.

After Peter’s passing. Elizabeth and I had some great outings. One that stands out was going to the Bolshoi performance in Owen Sound, preceded by lunch at the Chinese all you can eat.......I remember Elizabeth just loving the oysters there.

She was an excellent birder and she helped us on many of our conductor walks for the Bruce Trail.

Elizabeth’s Art was extraordinarily beautiful. She was indeed a very talented artist. We remember her fondly and her mischievous sense of humour and teasing.

Take good care of yourself as you grieve and miss her. We miss her presence on this earth. She lived a full and long life, and we say “Good on you Elizabeth”.

Much love, Ray and Marlene
